What we collect

On every page we count the visit: which page, which site you came from, the country, the type of device, the browser, the language, and whether you pressed a button such as “Call” or “Booklet”. This is done by Umami, a program installed on the servers of whoever runs the site (WeSite, Mendrisio) and not a third-party service: no cookies, no identifier saved on your device, and the IP address is not kept. From it we learn how many people read what; not who you are.

If you write to us — with the form or by email — we handle what you send us in order to reply to you and to keep a record of the relationship, for as long as that takes.

The server that serves these pages logs the requests as any web server does — IP address, moment, page — for security and diagnosis, for a limited period.

What we do not do

There are no Meta or Google pixels, there is no Google Analytics, we do not sell or pass on data to anyone. The pages speak only with the server that serves them and with the visit counter.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or erased, by writing to the address above. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.
